Mindless and stupid. I hope these thugs get caught. We've had something similar happen just outside where I work. Kids were hiding in a lane as whenever anything went past, no matter what it was, car, bus or even someone on a bike, (i.e, me!) these idiots would throw clods of grass and soil at them. They appear to have stopped now but whether they have been caught or are just having a rest, I don't know.

They even were throwing lumps of earth at our Operations Room windows a few weeks ago.
